Together, they strive to provide our landlords, agents, and tenants with unparalleled customer service. We take great care in managing each property to ensure that all safety compliance and regulations are met, and that they are always maintained to the highest standards.
By law, annual gas safety inspections are required. We make sure that all gas appliances are approved by a registered Gas Safety engineer. As property agents, it is mandatory for us to provide gas certificates to all our tenants.
We ensure that all the properties under our management meet their legal duty of care. We take care of the installation and maintenance of electrical equipment, actively conducting regular safety checks and due diligence on our electrical installations.
Before a tenancy agreement starts, we make sure our smoke alarms are working properly. We regularly check each floor of our buildings to meet these requirements. Carbon Monoxide alarms are required where flammable appliances are located, so we ensure we follow these rules and guarantee they will be tested annually.
We ensure that all our tenants have access to the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) which shows how energy efficient their accommodation is. This helps them make informed decisions when assessing their energy bills. The EPC uses a grading system from A to G to measure efficiency, with A being the highest and G being the lowest. Regulations require all properties where tenants live to have an efficiency rating higher than E.
